a) A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted for education
b) Considerable knowledge of the safety practices and general methods, materials and equipment used in utility design, construction, repair and maintenance
c) Knowledge of the federal, State and local regulations governing utilities construction, operations, management and reporting requirements
d) Skill in the use of office equipment and technology, including computers and related software, and the ability to master new technologies
e) Ability to critically assess situations, solve problems, work effectively under stress, within deadlines, and in emergency situations
f) Proficiency in English Language
